He is and astute Management Leader and People Manager spearheaded teams consisting of more than 10000 people at different levels. Mrugesh have worked with organizations like IIFL, Reliance and BMA Wealth at key positions. A skilled professional in managing end-to-end Profit Centre Operations, from High Performance sales teams.

He has worked with leading global organizations Hyundai Motors, Honda Motors, and Toyota Motors before co-founding Instassure Insurance Solutions Ltd.
