As per IRDAI guidelines, a POSP (Point of Sales Person) is a certified insurance POSP who can sell approved insurance products across multiple companies. Products include Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Travel Insurance and more.

You must be 18 years or older (no upper age limit) and should have completed at least 10th standard education.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Education Certificate (10th or Above)
  • Cancelled Cheque

As per regulatory requirements, PAN details must be uploaded to the Insurance Information Bureau portal by the sponsoring entity for compliance and verification.

After completing the required training hours and successfully clearing the online examination, you can immediately start selling approved insurance products.
